Families are invited to pose, stretch, and have fun during Lil’ Yoga at The Ellis School on Saturday, September 11. This family-focused, outdoor yoga class is FREE, open to the public, and designed for children 5 and under. Led by seasoned yoga instructor Amy Burleson, the class will be centered around Teresa Anne Power’s book, My First Yoga ABC, so your child can connect movement and mindfulness with learning.

Meet fellow Pittsburgh families over refreshments and help your child get their wiggles out before naptime at Lil’ Yoga at The Ellis School on September 11!

To keep our yoga practice as safe as possible, registration will be limited to 25 adult/child pairs (one adult chaperone required for every one child) and all participants over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the event. Please note that each child must be accompanied by an adult chaperone; please register in pairs (one adult required for every one child per registration form submission).

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket and a water bottle. The class will begin at 10:15 a.m. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors.
