At The Ellis School—Pittsburgh’s only age 3 to grade 12 independent school dedicated to the education of girls—students develop a delight for learning and boundless confidence. 

  • Families can apply for Tailored Tuition from November 1 to January 1. 
  • About 35% of current Ellis families utilize Tailored Tuition.
  • The average Tailored Tuition across all grades is $12,500/year.
  • In order to support the greatest number of students overall, Tailored Tuition funds are focused on students entering the Middle and Upper Schools (grades 5-12).
