Join us for an evening with entrepreneur Katlyn Grasso to learn how parents can teach their daughters to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset. As founder and CEO of GenHERation, Katlyn has led her national company to create a community that has empowered more than 250,000 young women by helping them explore careers with some of the most innovative executives and companies in America. Learn more about her inspirational journey from a budding entrepreneur in high school, establishing two nonprofits and two companies before the age of 20, to becoming the inaugural recipient of the University of Pennsylvania's President’s Engagement Prize, an award that provides graduating seniors with $150,000 to help them develop innovative projects that have the potential to change the world. Katlyn has conducted international research on leadership development in young women and her most recent research focuses on the origins of perfectionism in young women and how they can channel their efforts to uncover their passions. With Katlyn, explore what is possible and how impactful the right kind of encouragement and nurturing environment can be.
